Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping times are 3–5 business days depending on your location. Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns

We want you to love your MergeWiFi experience. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Refunds are issued once the device arrives at our facility and passes inspection.

Please ensure all original accessories (antennas, power adapter, Ethernet cable, and guide) are included in the return.

Connect the antennas as labeled.

Plug the ethernet cable into the POE Injector and wait for the device to fully power on.

Wait 3 minutes while the system boots, analyzes local cell networks and stabilizes.

Connect your devices via WiFi or Ethernet.
