We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal. You can update your payment method anytime in My Portal.
Plans are billed on the same day each month (or year for annual plans). Your billing date is set when you first activate your plan.
Upgrade anytime and the new rate takes effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
View and download invoices from My Portal. We also email receipts after each successful payment.
All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full card number. Your financial information is encrypted and protected.
