14-Day Return Policy

Log into My Portal or contact support to initiate your return within 14 days of delivery.

Print Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it and attach to your package.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any UPS location. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Get Refunded

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Incorrect items received
